Chemically clean/pressure wash decks and fences, exterior wood siding or brick exterior (most people do not know that brick homes need sealed/waterproofing or bricks will deteriorate, this should be done every five years. All exterior wood decks and fences should be cleaned and waterproofed by August or September but no later than November. Deck/fence cleaning and sealing should only need to sealed every 2 or 3 years with our commercial sealers.

Usually customers request staining to add color or change the color of their deck. Some stains come with sealer and wood conditioners mixed in it.
Waterproofing your deck only slightly darkens the deck and protects the wood from water damage. Most customers select water proofing to keep the natural wood look of the deck or the deck does not need re-stained at that time. Water proofing a deck/fence is also much cheaper than staining a deck or fence.
Mold and algae removal is a must before staining or sealing any deck or fence.
